I have dedicated my professional life to the Human Resources function with a clear focus on implementation and business results.

In more than two decades, as an HR specialist, manager, managing director and finally as HR board member, I had the opportunity to work in almost all HR functions, create structures worldwide and carry out small and large transformations for new growth areas as well as in restructuring and reorganization design and implement.

My focus is the implementation of a people strategy, the design of HR organizations, transformation and change, as well as HR in the M&A environment.

As a leadership coach with training in the USA and Germany, I have the opportunity to work with many strong personalities and teams, whom I support in difficult situations and in their personal transition. I often accompany them on paths that they would not have taken alone.

I have been working as a senior advisor for Goll Consulting since 2022.
