- …have the consultant mindset: “making others successful”.
- …want to work in an entrepreneurial way.
- …have leadership experience and an affinity for consulting or have consulting experience with an affinity for leadership.
- …can moderate or have first moderation experiences and a strong interest in further education in moderation.
- …are interested in personal development and further consulting know-how.
- …do not want to work alone as a consultant/trainer anymore.
- …work in german and english
- …are well connected in business
- …have a perspective to work together for at least 6-7 years.
