BRIEFLY OUR HISTORY
It is with great pride that we celebrate our 25th company anniversary in the summer of 2023. Our consulting company was founded in 1998 as “Goll ganzheitliche Unternehmensberatung” by Hans-Walter Goll in Bad Homburg. In 2000, the company moved to its current location in Bonn Bad Godesberg on the Rhine.
From the very beginning, the success of our clients has been the focus of our thoughts and actions. Our holistic approach includes the development of strategic goals, implementation concepts adapted to these goals and support in practice. This also includes the qualification of executives in customized leadership programs.
We have remained true to this approach to this day and support executives and teams at all levels with our integrated approach of consulting, facilitation, training and coaching. Our credo “Pragmatic – Partnership – Effective” always shapes our actions.
In 2021 Axel Beßlich took over the consulting company. He has helped shape the company since 2001 as a partner and senior partner. Together with the partner and consultant team, the established consulting and training approaches are innovatively supplemented and further developed and the internationalization of the company is advanced. Our tailor-made solutions for our customers are always at the center of attention.
