In August 2023, we were able to accompany our customer Bechtle IT-Systemhaus Bonn (Link) in a systematic detoxification and optimization process. The aim of the process, together with all employees, in all areas, was to eliminate or optimize everything that has crept in over the years without representing any real added value. The focus was on things that can be decided directly.

Numbers, data, facts about the Simplify process:
- 500 employees actively participated
- 636 measures at personal, team, departmental and company levels were formulated
- 90% of the decisions were made by the employees themselves, the teams, or within the department
- Only 10% of the measures had to be decided at BL and GF level.
- A total of 80 sessions took place at team, department and company level
- In addition to a variety of measures to digitize and automate processes, very pragmatic measures that serve to optimize processes were also implemented.

Due to the positive results, Bechtle Bonn will carry out the Simplify process again in 2024.
