We don’t do strategy for you, but with you. We develop tailor-made strategies that tie into the existing corporate reality. We take a pragmatic approach, bring in our management and consulting experience and always keep implementation in mind.
We have successfully carried out over 150 strategy projects in the last 5 years – in medium-sized companies of various sizes as well as in corporations. We designed and controlled mission and strategy processes and moderated key events. We were a sparring partner for TOP management, supported implementation projects and ensured that the strategy was interlinked with annual planning processes, OKRs or target agreement systems. We developed strategy communication together with our customers and designed the change process.
