WE TRAIN

Our training approach is consistently practical, sustainably effective and always individual. We have therefore specialized in tailor-made programs that we develop specifically for your company.

At the beginning there is a thorough determination of the basics and definition of goals with our customers.

For content planning around the topics of leadership, communication, change management, self-management, moderation and personal impact, we bring in scientifically sound principles, proven workbooks and comprehensive practical experience.

We consistently derive the program architecture and the methods used from the learning objectives and content. We often develop concepts that combine training, coaching and organizational development. They often include creative elements such as training courses, workshops, learning trips, interactive dialogue conferences, collegial practical learning, mentoring and management team check-ups.

The learning design is crucial for the sustainability of training, in which we successfully use various transfer and monitoring tools.

But even the right content and an effective didactic concept alone do not make for effective training – you also need the right trainers. Our trainers draw from their own operational and strategic management experience and train all levels of employees and management up to top management – trainers with personality who train, coach and moderate individually.

We measure success in everyday life, which is why we focus on intensive practical learning and practicing in the face-to-face phases in order to enable participants to experience aspects that are also relevant to their practice, e.g. through virtual classrooms, trainer telephone coaching, self-help – and group monitoring.

Different learning formats combined correctly

Blended learning combines face-to-face and online elements in a targeted learning architecture. The methods are derived from the goals and content – methods are not used for the sake of the methods. The learning architecture is tailored depending on the target group, topic and organizational framework.
