In our formats, we address participants not only on the technical-cognitive level but also on the experience-oriented level in order to sustainably anchor the learning and implementation process with emotional highlights.

THEREFORE THIS IS IMPORTANT

The emotional anchoring of training content supports the individual transfer of learning on various levels and thus ensures sustainable implementation in practice. Therefore, for us it is an essential part of an effective learning design and is important for several reasons, such as:

  • Increasing the attention and motivation of training participants
  • Intensification of anchoring and faster retrieval of the learned knowledge
  • Reinforcing the importance and relevance of the individual topics
  • Promote long-term learning
  • Increasing the joy of learning and positive attitude

THIS IS HOW WE PROCEED

We combine our training content with targeted and appropriate experiences and emotions in order to increase attention, increase the depth of processing of the topics and create a stronger connection to the information being learned.

We use different anchoring formats depending on the topic, the participants and the objective.
