I am a designer with passion. In my professional environment I combine CoCreative Facilitation with design. For change projects, I support real change and sustainable innovation. According to the motto “More than design”, I promote and develop design processes and workshops using tried-and-tested methods of coaching, moderation, training, consulting and leadership. So that people and teams can master challenges with more ease and change can become visible.

In my view, co-creativity, the collaborative creation process by several people, is essential for harmonious collaboration with different stakeholders. I also pay attention to the attitude with which we do things and thus (un)consciously always influence the result.

Qualified training in coaching, change and co-creation is the solid basis for what I do. Versatile design skills enrich my portfolio. I was able to gain experience from a wide variety of roles and perspectives in various industries and companies of all sizes. A pinch of humor and pragmatic openness round off my work with people.
