As a consultant, moderator, trainer and coach, I work primarily in the areas of change management, organizational development, leadership development and team development.

I have gained my own leadership experience and the professional tools in 16 years of working in commercial companies: as the person responsible for personnel development in a medium-sized company and in various functions at Deutsche Telekom. For many years I designed change processes there, developed, introduced and implemented management qualifications and various personnel and organizational development tools. In human resources development at Telekom Deutschland, I set up and managed the change management department and then continued to assume responsibility for the employee survey and the company-wide leadership initiative as head of organizational development.

My work has shown me that, in addition to individual leadership skills, shared alignment, trust and cooperation in management teams form the basis for company success. I have experienced that clear leadership at all levels is essential in change projects and that this can be achieved through dialogue, participation and qualification. Tailor-made and jointly developed, my aim and offer is to equip managers with what they need to lead change processes clearly and visibly themselves.

My expertise and passion lies in strengthening leadership skills and supporting entrepreneurial change processes.
