My work focuses on hosting and facilitating online meetings of all sizes (from 2 to 1,000+ participants), training online facilitators, and supporting strategy and transformation projects. My focus is on the dialogue between all participants – whether online or in person.

After more than 15 years as a junior consultant / consultant and senior consultant, I have been working as a principal for Goll Consulting since 2022. In addition to my work as a moderator, consultant and online trainer in client projects, I am responsible internally at Goll for the topics of IT and marketing. Before and during my studies in economics with a focus on human resources management and trade, I was at home in the Bonn corporate landscape through jobs at Deutsche Telekom AG and Deutsche Post AG.

My love for digitalization
My passion for content is the topics of digitization and online learning!In addition to online facilitation and hosting of online meetings (ranging in size from 10 to 5,000 participants) and the design of online learning architectures, I am passionate about the digitization of processes and the implementation and use of digital tools. I very much enjoy using the Office365 toolbox here.

My (digital) creativity
I can live this out especially in the digital live documentation in customer workshops by documenting and visually preparing results of the workshop live for all to see. It is also very helpful in the creation and design of digital media.

My pragmatic approach
An always pragmatic approach as well as the highest possible effectiveness in implementation are my main maxims for action.

WHAT ELSE THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT ME

In my private life, besides my family, everything revolves around sports. As an active person, I have discovered hiking in addition to running and road cycling. As an inactive person, almost no sport is safe from me. Whether it’s soccer, basketball, tennis or winter sports of any kind – I like to be there live.

Schwerpunkte meiner Arbeit sind das Hosting und die Moderation von Online-Meetings jeder Größenordnung (von 2 bis 1.000+ Teilnehmenden), die Ausbildung von Online-Moderator:Innen sowie die Begleitung von Strategie- und Transformationsprojekten. Hierbei steht für mich der Dialog aller Teilnehmenden im Vordergrund – egal ob Online oder in Präsenz.

Nach über 15 Jahren als Junior Berater / Berater und Senior Berater bin ich seit 2022 als Principal für Goll Consulting tätig. Neben meiner Tätigkeit als Moderator, Berater und Online-Trainer in Kundenprojekten bin ich gollintern für die Themen IT und Marketing verantwortlich. Vor und während meines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums mit den Schwerpunkten Personalmanagement und Handel war ich durch Tätigkeiten bei der Deutschen Telekom AG und der Deutschen Post AG in der Bonner Konzernlandschaft zu Hause.

Meine Liebe zur Digitalisierung
Meine inhaltliche Leidenschaft sind die Themen Digitalisierung und Online-Lernen!
Neben der Online-Moderation und dem Hosting von Online-Meetings (in der Größe von 10 bis 5.000 Teilnehmern) und der Konzeption von Online-Lernarchitekturen begeistere ich mich für die Digitalisierung von Prozessen sowie die Implementierung und Nutzung digitaler Tools. Sehr gerne nutze ich hier den Toolbaukasten von Office365.

Meine (digitale) Kreativität
Diese kann ich insbesondere bei der digitalen live Dokumentation in Kunden-Workshops ausleben, indem ich Ergebnisse des Workshops live für alle sichtbar dokumentiere und visuell aufbereite. Zudem ist sie bei der Erstellung und Gestaltung digitaler Medien sehr hilfreich.

Ein stets pragmatisches Vorgehen sowie die möglichst hohe Wirksamkeit bei der Umsetzung sind meine wesentlichen Handlungsmaxime.

WAS ES SONST NOCH ÜBER MICH ZU WISSEN GIBT

Privat dreht sich bei mir persönlich, neben meiner Familie, alles um das Thema Sport. Als Aktiver habe ich neben dem Laufen und Rennradfahren das Wandern für mich entdeckt. Als Inaktiver ist so gut wie keine Sportart vor mir sicher. Egal ob Fußball, Basketball, Tennis oder Wintersport in jeglicher Fasson – ich bin gerne live dabei.
