I have been a partner at Goll Consulting since 2010 and a senior partner since 2022. I advise and support top management, management teams and individual executives. I do this with a pragmatic approach, a holistic view and a lot of passion.

The focus of my work is on dialogic strategy consulting, supporting strategy implementation, facilitating challenging management workshops, supporting successful leadership transitions, and coaching C-level executives.

About my career: After completing my studies in natural sciences in the USA and in Bonn, I was a journalist for the magazine ManagerSeminare. This was followed by positions as a freelance trainer and facilitator, as managing director of a consulting firm, and as a board member of FlowFact AG.
