I am used to professionally advising companies and organizations and – as a sparring partner for management and top management – being responsible for change processes and organizational development.
The basis of my successful and sustainable project work lies in the systemic approach. I attach particular importance to the participation and activation of the entire organization and use highly effective combinations of methods. I am an electrical engineer and businessman (MBA) and have further qualified as a business mediator BMWA®, systemic coach dvct® and in large group moderation.
Through a stay abroad and studies in South Africa, I acquired a professional level of English language skills, which enables me to carry out organizational consulting, coaching, mediation and change management safely and with high quality internationally.
