The focus of my work is Dialogic Strategy Development and the support of transformation and change projects in national and international contexts as well as the facilitation of leadership development programs, workshops and dialog conferences. In addition to sound practical methods, I used an iterative approach and agile methods in project work.

After different positions in the technical field service and a part-time business studies, with a focus on business psychology and conflict management, I changed to the international German engineering industry. Here I worked as a staff member of the management and personnel developer, accompanied necessary change processes and moderated international workshops and trainings.

I have been active at Goll Consulting since 2011. After 5 years as a senior consultant and 3 years as an associate partner, I have been a partner at Goll Consulting since 2020. I enjoy working with client colleagues as part of a team. I see myself as an “enablement” consultant and like to share my ideas, know-how and experience with clients.

WHAT ELSE THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT ME 
Music and art – that’s what my spare time is all about. After many years as a Dj with various recording studio residencies, I swapped music for a photo camera in 2010. The newfound focus brought my shots from Asian megacities to various exhibition venues and even a museum.
