My work focuses on hosting and facilitating workshops and online meetings of all sizes (from 2 to 1,000+ participants) and the didactic and conceptual planning of leadership programs. Here, the focus for me is on dialogue at all levels.

I have been part of Goll Consulting for more than 15 years. After the classic start as a young consultant and 12 years as a senior consultant, I have been part of the management team since 2022. During my many years as a consultant, I have gained extensive experience in consulting, training and facilitation in presence and online. Therefore, I am responsible for extensive international large-scale projects, designing multi-module leadership programs and customized in-house trainings. Internally, I manage the consultant staffing and am responsible for recruiting new employees.

My business background and my systemic consulting education are an effective combination for our training and consulting projects.

My interest in people and their context
One of my great passions is to support employees, project managers, executives and teams with tailor-made offers to become even more successful and effective. Understanding the context and the different perspectives in order to plan and coordinate the individually tailored activities together with my clients gives me great pleasure every day.

My cheerful composure
Especially in challenging situations and under time pressure, I enjoy looking for pragmatic and creative solutions. Even in a virtual context or in our dialog conferences with up to 3,000 participants, I always radiate calmness to all project participants and ensure goal-oriented implementation.

WHAT ELSE THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT ME

It’s not only in my job that I strive for a healthy mix of tension and relaxation; in my private life, too, I dabble in both. Besides regular jogging, hiking and snowboarding, I find balance in yoga and gardening.
