After my doctorate, a research stay abroad and my work in research at Bayer AG, I accompanied product launches for several years as an international project manager, including in Japan. This was followed by 2 years as an executive assistant before I became Business Unit Head Molecular Diagnostics at Bayer HealthCare in Berkeley, USA.

Since then, the topics of change, strategy and cultural transformation have always occupied and excited me in various tasks. I integrated companies in the USA after acquisitions and continued this as managing director – again in Germany. Afterwards, as a senior project manager, I designed the cultural integration of Bayer and Schering in collaboration with the board.

Overall, I have international experience in more than 30 countries. I have been a senior partner at Goll Consulting since 2011. The focus of my work in an international environment is: change management and sustainable change processes, corporate culture and corporate strategies.
