I have been driving change processes to further develop organizations for 30 years. First at large companies in functions such as sales, finance and human resources, then as a medium-sized entrepreneur in restructuring and restart situations.

My positions at home and abroad have given me a high sensitivity to cultural differences and the added value of diverse teams. Another key insight was that leadership always starts with oneself.

Early in my career, I optimized work processes with IT solutions and today I appreciate the opportunities that digitalization gives us to keep work areas exciting and challenging.
Restructurings are opportunities for companies and always work best when the affected employees are involved early on and can help shape the situation. The right craft is part of it and sometimes requires clear and hard truths. If the result fits the corporate strategy, nothing stands in the way of a new departure.
