Since April 2021 I am part of the Goll Consulting team and work as a consultant and project manager. On my way here, I have dealt a lot with leadership topics and human resource development during my bachelor studies and expanded my knowledge through internships and working student activities at various companies and corporations.

I completed my bachelor’s degree with a focus on global business and economics, during which I discovered my interest in leadership and HR development. At Vodafone and Generali, I was able to gain valuable experience during my internships and working student activities and gain a multifaceted insight into the way large companies and corporations work.

After my bachelor’s degree, I was lucky enough to complete an internship at Goll Consulting, which gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and gain practical experience in the field of consulting.

Since the beginning of March 2023, I have been working full time as a consultant and project manager in the team and am passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals. Internally at Gollin, I am jointly responsible for our social media presence.
