After training and studying in Münster and Hanover, I acquired my tools at Minolta (Headquarters EMEA) in human resources, quality and change management. This was followed by positions as head of personnel development and central manager of human resources (Central Europe) in a US corporation, as well as as branch manager, coach and consultant in a management consultancy.

The focus has always been on individual handling of change, the professionalization of leadership and the strategic, cultural and mental realignment of teams. Working in dialogue, one’s own self-direction, self-responsibility and authenticity as well as the right degree of involving people in changes have proven to be important success factors for me.

I have been a partner at Goll Consulting since April 2009. My focus is coaching managers in personal and organizational transformation, change and development processes as well as advising on strategy, mission statements, leadership and corporate culture. A good eye for what is necessary combined with a healthy sense of what is possible always helps me.
