My focus is entirely on the topic of personal impact. Wherever communication takes place, whether in person, on the phone, or in video conferences, the content and its means of transportation matter. My area of expertise is the means of transport, ie: Voice, non-verbal signals and inner attitude.

The study of linguistics provided me with the ability of scientific-analytical thinking. The training as a systemic consultant in coaching, OE and change help me to locate the personal challenges in the big picture. Working for the Consulate General of the FRG, the Chamber of Foreign Trade and the Goethe Institute in Saint Petersburg taught me how to deal with intercultural differences. My acting training and work as a director and theater manager trained my leadership skills.

My 12 years as a lecturer at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences (Institute for Speech Arts and Communication) allowed me to perfect my didactic skills. Among the people I have coached are executives of different levels, key account managers, general managers, university professors, sales managers and owners of medium-sized companies. Due to my multilingual and intercultural background, I am internationally positioned with a focus on Eastern Europe.  

I have been a Project Partner since 2009 and a Partner at Goll Consulting since 2021.
