Since completing my master’s degree in psychology, I have been working as a consultant and project manager at Goll Consulting. Early on in my academic career, I was fascinated by the business focus, especially development and change topics.
I complemented my academic knowledge with practical experience in corporations such as Accenture and Deutsche Telekom. My goal to accompany different clients with individual solutions from start to finish finally led me to Goll.
My focus is on change management as well as various leadership trainings and programs. Within the company, I oversee the various sustainability initiatives as well as the development of an e-learning platform including the production of learning videos.
WHAT DEFINES ME
Out of the box
There is no such thing as a solution. In our complex world, there are no “standard problems”. I’m not afraid to think outside the box, get creative, and find a custom and powerful solution to my clients’ requests.
Curiosity
New projects, new challenges – that’s what I grow from. My curiosity motivates me to ask questions, learn new things and evolve. This allows me to create new ways of thinking, offer different solutions for different target groups and broaden my experience.
Working internationally
My openness to the world and my interest in other cultures led me to various stays abroad during my school and university years, including in the USA and Spain. Now I like to work well not only in my native language German, but also in English or Spanish in an international environment.
WHAT ELSE THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT ME
Sports and travel – that’s what my free time is all about. I’m particularly fond of basketball: I started out as a player, tried out as a coach, and finally found my way to the whistle. So for 16 years now, I’ve been regularly on the court in a semi-professional capacity, refereeing games all the way up to the 2nd Bundesliga. Apart from that, I like to enjoy nature, whether jogging, hiking or skiing.
In addition to various academic stays abroad, I have also seen a lot of the world in my private life. During my studies I traveled through South America, Asia and Africa. In recent years, I have traveled Europe with my self-built camper and look forward to exploring many corners of our wonderful world in the future.
