In June 2023, we designed, moderated and accompanied the University Strategy Day at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences (Koblenz University of Applied Sciences). 280 professors, students and employees have actively worked on the strategic direction of the university. Our project team consisted of Michael Seipel (overall process and concept), Reinhold Poensgen (main moderation), Sven Hering (direction and co-moderation) and Silas Beßlich (event management).

In intensive dialogues, both in small teams and in large circles, the strategic areas of action were intensively discussed and concrete implementation measures were defined at the department and department level. The focus was always on dialogue across all (specialist) areas, departments and hierarchical levels.

With the participation of all relevant target groups, this event was the emotional start to the implementation of the strategy. The University Strategy Day was an important milestone within the entire dialogic strategy development process that Goll Consulting has supported since 2022.
