I have been a partner at Goll Consulting since 2006.
As a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach, I work primarily in the fields of leadership development, change management and team development. Strengthening the power of managers and achieving appropriate employee participation and understanding of the meaning through constructive dialogue is very important for me.
Until 2005, I gained my own leadership experience working at Sony´s, e.g. as Head of Personnel and Organizational Development. In many change projects, I learned using the tools for design and communication of change processes, especially how to deal with people's emotions when changes are perceived as insecure.
Today I train and coach managers and facilitate dialog conferences, workshops and team development processes – face to face or virtual. I do this with serenity and a sense of humor - even when things get tough.
