I have been driving change processes to develop organizations for 30 years. At first, with large companies in functions such as Sales, Finance and Human Resources, later as an entrepreneur in restructuring and restart situations.
Working in Germany and abroad has given me a high sensitivity for cultural differences and the added value of diverse teams. Another important insight was that leadership always starts with myself.
Early in my career, I used IT solutions to optimize work processes, and today I appreciate the opportunities that digitization gives us to keep work both exciting and challenging.
Restructuring is an opportunity for companies and is always most successful when the employees affected are involved at an early stage and can help shaping the process. Right skills are part of this and sometimes it also requires honest and uncomfortable truths. If the results fit to the corporate strategy, nothing stands in the way for a new beginning.
